Sugar is at times processed using bone char. To avoid any issues, we only stick to organic and halal-certified sugar.
We use only locally sourced butter, which is carefully prepared following the halal standards.
We use only non-alcoholic flavours for baking our halal-cakes. Most commonly used items are halal-certified vanilla essence and almond extract.
