Pickup times: Available 7 days a week, at the time agreed when you place your order. You'll be notified once your order is ready to collect.

Most orders are ready in 2–4 days. Please wait for your ready-to-collect message before coming in.

Sponge: contains Eggs, Milk, Gluten (Wheat).

Buttercreams & fillings may contain Milk, Eggs, Gluten (Wheat) and Nuts (for example Nutella and Kinder flavours). If you have a specific allergy, please check with us before ordering.

Please note: all of our products are made in a kitchen that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs and Nuts, so traces may be present.

We offer single, two and three tier cakes in a range of sizes. Serving estimates are based on standard 1.5" × 2" portions, so actual servings can vary with how the cake is cut.

For custom tiered cakes we recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance.

Always carry your cake box from underneath — don't squeeze the sides. In the car, sit it flat on the floor (ideally with air conditioning), not on a seat.

Refrigerate your cake promptly when you get home. Take it out before serving — around 2–3 hours in cooler weather and 30 minutes in summer (about 20 minutes year-round for vegan/dairy-free cakes) — and serve at room temperature.

Keep your cake away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture to stop it collapsing. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 3–4 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.

Every CCT cake is handcrafted by our team, not machines. That means colours, sprinkles and finishing details may vary slightly from the photos — it's part of what makes each cake one of a kind.

On cakes with a smooth top and base, a faint seam may occasionally be visible. This is completely normal for a handmade product.

Because our cakes are fresh and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected or delivered.

To cancel or change an order, please give us as much notice as possible. Whether changes are possible can depend on the cake and any items ordered in specially for you.
